Yes. Free digital mockups and free revisions are available for your custom bag project. Physical sample production is a separate paid service.

We accept T/T, Alibaba and Payoneer. Alibaba orders can use the payment options available through Alibaba for that order. Bulk orders require a 30% deposit; the remaining balance must be received before shipment.

We offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive the goods. If a quality problem is confirmed, we can arrange a remake. AltusPack covers the remake cost and the customer pays shipping. Defective products do not need to be returned.

Yes. We accept customer-appointed third-party inspection. The customer pays the inspection fee.

We offer FOB Shenzhen port export terms. Shipment details are confirmed in the quotation.

You can order 1 custom sample by paying the sample fee, without committing to a bulk order. Bulk MOQ does not apply to paid samples. Bulk MOQ is 500 pieces per SKU, not 500 pieces combined across different SKUs.

Samples can start from one customized piece. Sample fees are usually around USD 120-225, with the exact fee estimated from your customization needs. A single bulk order with goods value over USD 3,000, excluding taxes and shipping, qualifies for a full sample-fee credit. Multiple styles or SKUs within that order can be combined toward the threshold; separate orders cannot be accumulated. Bulk MOQ remains 500 pieces per SKU. This is a credit, not a cash refund.

Sample development is usually around 10-15 days. Bulk production is usually around 40 days after sample approval and final order confirmation, depending on material, quantity, structure, logo process and packaging. Expedited and repeat-order timing requires material confirmation first; the delivery schedule is agreed in the quotation.

Yes. When you provide label and shipment requirements, AltusPack can help prepare packaging, product labels, carton labels and FBA-related details. Amazon review and warehouse acceptance still follow Amazon rules and final shipment data.

Yes. Share your target market, SKU plan and order flow, and we can discuss China-direct parcel shipping, one-piece dropshipping, overseas warehouse stocking and carrier exception support. Current logistics resources can include Yanwen, 4PX and DHL.

The buyer covers inventory, warehousing, shipping and related handling costs. Send the destination, SKU plan and route first, and we can help clarify which costs need to be planned.

Small-parcel routes can be useful for suitable DTC shipments, and AltusPack can help coordinate carrier information when exceptions occur. Duties, taxes, product restrictions and customs issues still follow destination rules, so some documents or local handling may need to come from the buyer.

Orders can be imported into AltusPack's ERP when platform setup, shipping rules and order data are ready. Tracking information can be uploaded or synced through the agreed workflow. An issued tracking number is not confirmation of carrier collection or dispatch.

Inquiry details are handled by AltusPack staff for quotation. Share confidential product files through the agreed channel until secure upload is connected.

Yes. Choose one or more reference styles, or share an early product idea, then describe what needs to change.

Yes. Add file names, reference links or artwork notes to the RFQ summary, then share the actual files through the agreed channel.

Product pages can show price range, MOQ and lead time. A formal custom quote still needs material, size, logo, quantity, packaging and sales-channel details.
