Can I review a digital mockup before sampling?

Yes. Free digital mockups and free revisions are available for your custom bag project. Physical sample production is a separate paid service.

What is the MOQ?

You can order 1 custom sample by paying the sample fee, without committing to a bulk order. Bulk MOQ does not apply to paid samples. Bulk MOQ is 500 pieces per SKU, not 500 pieces combined across different SKUs.

Is there a sample fee?

Samples can start from one customized piece. Sample fees are usually around USD 120-225, with the exact fee estimated from your customization needs. A single bulk order with goods value over USD 3,000, excluding taxes and shipping, qualifies for a full sample-fee credit. Multiple styles or SKUs within that order can be combined toward the threshold; separate orders cannot be accumulated. Bulk MOQ remains 500 pieces per SKU. This is a credit, not a cash refund.

What payment methods and bulk-order terms do you accept?

We accept T/T, Alibaba and Payoneer. Alibaba orders can use the payment options available through Alibaba for that order. Bulk orders require a 30% deposit; the remaining balance must be received before shipment.

How long does product development take?

Sample development is usually around 10-15 days. Bulk production is usually around 40 days after sample approval and final order confirmation, depending on material, quantity, structure, logo process and packaging. Expedited and repeat-order timing requires material confirmation first; the delivery schedule is agreed in the quotation.

Can I appoint a third-party inspector?

Yes. We accept customer-appointed third-party inspection. The customer pays the inspection fee.

What happens if a product has a confirmed quality problem?

We offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive the goods. If a quality problem is confirmed, we can arrange a remake. AltusPack covers the remake cost and the customer pays shipping. Defective products do not need to be returned.

What export terms do you offer?

We offer FOB Shenzhen port export terms. Shipment details are confirmed in the quotation.
