One-piece dropshipping from China
One-piece dropshipping means dispatching individual orders from agreed available stock. It does not mean manufacturing one custom bag at bulk unit prices. Inventory, packing, service fees and shipping responsibilities are agreed before fulfillment starts.
For DTC and independent-store sellers, we can discuss one-piece dropshipping when the SKU plan, packing method, order data format and destination route are clear.
Orders can be imported into our ERP workflow when the platform setup and data fields are ready. Tracking information can then be returned to your store backend according to the agreed workflow. Creating a tracking number does not mean the parcel has been dispatched; carrier collection and shipment status are separate steps.

Can this service replace my own 3PL?
This is support around your custom bag project. If you already use a 3PL, we can prepare the product, labels, carton data and shipment details around that plan. If you do not, we can help clarify whether China-direct dropshipping or overseas warehouse support is a better fit.
Can AltusPack arrange shipment to Amazon warehouse?
We can help prepare labeling, carton information and shipment support toward Amazon warehouses when you provide the shipment plan, label files and warehouse requirements. Amazon receiving still follows Amazon's own rules and final shipment data.
How quickly can tracking numbers be created for dropshipping orders?
Tracking information is processed after order data, stock and shipping rules are ready. Address, route or SKU exceptions need to be resolved first. An issued tracking number does not confirm carrier collection or dispatch.
Can AltusPack support overseas warehouse dropshipping?
Yes, if stock is prepared in the overseas warehouse and the SKU, storage, outbound shipping and handling rules are clear. We can discuss Yanwen or 4PX overseas warehouse cooperation by project.
Who pays overseas warehouse and parcel costs?
